Jamie did a truly magnificent job for our marriage. It was extremely difficult to find an officiant in the Fredericksburg area who would perform a gay marriage, even though it's legal in this state now. We were very pleased with everything that she wrote for us and I personally appreciated the extra help she gave me in writing my personal vows - I know how I feel, but I had a hard time putting it into words - Jamie made it sound exactly like something that I would say, so it really felt real and right. We can't thank her enough for all of the wonderful guidance she provided to us and her warm, loving attitude. We adore her!

It was such a pleasure to work with Jamie, we cannot recommend her enough. Our search criteria were a woman without religious affiliations, which is somewhat broad. Of course, we wanted someone who was experienced and competent, as we knew little about how a ceremony should go! Jamie ticked all those boxes, but on top of that, she just radiated positive and happy energy. Wedding planning can be stressful, and we were pretty stressed at that point, and whenever we talked with Jamie, we felt our anxiety dissipate. She curated a beautiful, personalized ceremony for us—several of our guests told us this was the best ceremony they have ever witnessed. Your officiant (or celebrant) and ceremony really set the tone for the whole wedding, as that is the beginning of the event for the guests, and the reason why we are all there. One thing we had not thought about beforehand was how the officiant’s words would be such an important part in our wedding videos, so you need someone you are truly happy with. Now, every time we watch our videos and hear Jamie talk, we are transported to those light, happy, festive moments. Again, we cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Jamie.
